alpha-Terpineol, Practical, is a naturally occurring monoterpene alcohol often isolated from pine oil. The Alpha isomer is one of three isomers, and is generally the most common constituent. It has a pleasenat lilac odor and for this reason is often used in perfumes, cosmetics and flavoring agents.
