Nalgene 2425-0503 Labeled Wash Bottle, 500mL, Methanol. These 500mL Nalgene wash bottles are pre-labeled with a chemical name for optimum safety. Chemical Label: Methanol. These are leakproof, based on the Thermo-fisher standard definition. Nalgene Right-to-Know Safety Labeled LDPE Wash Bottles have narrow mouth, one-piece molded closure and spout, draw tube welded to closure so they can’t separate. Sodium Hypochlorite bottle is white LDPE with HDPE closure for light-protective barrier qualities between 280 and 450nm; all others have polypropylene closures. Bottles are self-venting, but contents stay in the bottle with no risk of leakage. Feature chemical name, International Chemical Society (ICS) chemical formula and Chemical Abstract Service (CAS) number. Each bottle has a color bar which corresponds to its colored closure to prevent cross-contamination. Designed to dispense through the top with a closure and stem molded in one piece for uniform leakproof service. Tip can be cut back to increase flow. Tight fit of draw tube and closure prevents separation when squeezing bottle.
