Description

Yeast Protein Extraction Buffer has been designed for the extraction of total proteins from yeast samples, which utilizes a proprietary detergent and buffering system. This buffer is very effective for extracting total proteins from a wide variety of different yeast strains. The extracted proteins can be further analyzed using different proteomics techniques. The kit is provided with enzyme Lyticase, which helps in the lysis of the yeast cells.
