The MMS Membrane System Pilot System SW18, manufactured by MMS Membrane System, is a versatile bench membrane device in near new condition. Ideal for microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, and reverse osmosis operations, it is widely applicable in sectors like bio-pharmaceuticals, food and extract, biofuels, natural oils, aroma and colorant, and chemicals. It supports applications such as fractionation, purification, and concentration of molecules with high operating pressures up to 40 bar. The SW18 model features a speed-controlled pump for variable membrane crossflow velocity, multitube heat exchanger for temperature control, and HMI interface for data logging. Its robust design includes stainless steel 316L tubing, a feed tank, and instruments for accurate pressure and temperature readings, making it an excellent choice for laboratory membrane testing and development across various industries. The system does not include a computer but comes with a user manual.
