The C100s Nebulizer with Autosampler Probe (70 cm) is designed for ultra-high sensitivity in normal and cool plasma modes, specifically for semiconductor applications.

Features:

• Microconcentric PFA s-type nebulizer
• Demountable PFA uptake line with unique zero dead volume connection
• Robust design, can be backflushed without needing cleaning tools
• 70 cm uptake line, comprised of approximately 60 cm of flexible uptake line and 10 cm polyamide probe
• Encapsulated polyimide probe with 2.8 mm OD and 10.2 cm length, compatible with Agilent I-AS autosampler only
• 6 mm OD body with 4 mm gas port
• Free aspirates at 100 µl/min +/-10 µl/min or can be pumped
• Can use with supplied uptake line or connect directly to line from ESI FAST systems
• Gas line connection kit included

This nebulizer supersedes Part #800-1-010-02-00.

Note: This nebulizer is designed for use only with standard sample introduction systems (ambient temp or chilled spray chamber). Where a desolvator is used, a nebulizer type “Nebulizer for Desolvators” must be selected.
