The C250s Nebulizer with Carbon Probe (100 cm) is engineered for ultra-high sensitivity in both normal and cool plasma modes, tailored for semiconductor applications.

Microconcentric PFA s-type nebulizer ensures precise performance
Demountable PFA uptake line with zero dead volume connection for consistent washout performance
Robust design allows for backflushing without requiring additional cleaning tools
100 cm uptake line comprised of approximately 85 cm of flexible uptake line and 15 cm carbon probe
Encapsulated carbon probe with 2.9 mm OD and 14.4 cm length, including encapsulation
Compatible with ESI SC Micro autosampler and CETAC ASX 110/112 with new style arm (from Feb. 2015)
6 mm OD body with 4 mm gas port for efficient gas flow
Free aspirates at 250 µl/min +/-10 µl/min or can be pumped for flexibility
Can be used with supplied uptake line or directly connected to line from ESI FAST systems
