The Chemglass CLS-1380-411 is a specialized quad port adapter designed for high-density entry into Applikon® and Broadley-James® style bioreactors. By consolidating four separate lines into a single M18 threaded port, it maximizes the functional space on a bioreactor headplate.

Four-Port Consolidation: The assembly integrates four individual 1/8” (3.2 mm) lines. Each port can be used independently for critical bioprocessing tasks such as reagent addition, acid/base control, or antifoam introduction.
- Angled Hose Barbs: The external connections feature angled 1/8” hose barbs. This design reduces vertical height requirements and prevents tubing kinks, allowing for cleaner routing of lines in crowded benchtop setups.
- Staggered Internal Lengths: To prevent splashing and ensure efficient delivery into the vessel, the internal 1/8” stainless steel tubes are manufactured in staggered lengths: 5/8″, 3/4″, 1″, and 1-1/8″.
