Description

DNA Wash Buffer (concentrate) is designed to use as a column wash to remove salts and other contaminants prior to DNA elution. This ensures high purity DNA to be recovered. Ethanol must be added  to the concentrate prior to use. Instructions for each DNA Wash Buffer (concentrate) size is listed on the bottle and within the Zymo Research protocols it is used in.
