DMEM-004: DMEM 1X, Low Glucose, with L-glutamine, with Sodium Pyruvate, without HEPES, 500 mL. Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle’s Medium (DMEM) is a modification of Minimum Essential Medium (MEM) that contains a higher concentration of amino acids and vitamins, as well as additional components such as D-glucose DME-BBZ-5XM-004 contains a low concentration of 1000 mg/L D-glucose, 584 mg/L L-glutamine, and 110 mg/L sodium pyruvate. The liquid medium should be stored at 2~8°C away from direct sunlight.
