UltraTek HRP Anti-Rabbit (AEC) Staining System, AKD080, 70 slides, Rabbit specific HRP/AEC IHC Detection Kit is a complete kit to detect primary antibody with rabbit origin by using an HRP-labeled-streptavidin and a biotinylated anti-rabbit secondary antibody. The complete ScyTek kit is supplied with full instructions for use and supplied with ScyTeks proprietary formulations of peroxidase block (ACA) and Super Block (AAA) a protein blocking reagent, a biotinylated secondary antibody UltraTek Anti-Rabbit (ABK), UltraTek Horseradish Peroxidase (ABL) streptavidin-HRP and AEC Chromogen/Substrate for a crisp clear red final stain. Summary Protocol: Incubation with an unconjugated primary antibody specific to the target antigen. The primary antibody is bound to the biotinylated secondary antibody. The secondary antibody is then bound to the HRP-Labeled streptavidin. A red color is created when the HRP is bound to site of the primary antibody by reacting with AEC.
