Fetal Bovine Serum, Dialyzed, US Origin, 500 mL. RMBIO FBS (Fetal Calf Serum) is sourced from USDA-approved suppliers and is processed in our cGMP-compliant and FDA-registered facility. RMBIO FBS (Fetal Calf Serum) is processed under strict protocols that ensure sterility, high quality, and excellent growth-promotion and performance over a range of applications and cell lines. Our dialyzed FBS is manufactured from our premium US sourced FBS using a proprietary process. Dialyzed FBS is an essential reagent in studies involving Kinesin 5B, Pyruvate kinase M2 inactivation, KRAS (Kirsten Rat Sarcoma) pathway mutation, and PAH (Polycyclic Hydrocarbons) metabolism. We use a 10000 MW cut off membrane system to remove low molecular weight protein complexes and potential contaminants. FBS is triple 0.1 um filtered to ensure purity, features low endotoxin and hemoglobin levels, and is 9CFR tested. Product should be stored at ± -10° C.
