This kit is suitable for purifying oligos from labeling and other enzymatic reactions, efficiently recovering up to 10 µg of target molecules. It is specifically formulated to handle enzymatic reaction mixtures containing oligonucleotides of 16 nucleotides or longer, including those that are radioactive-, biotin-, or DIG-labeled.
