hydroGrade plates feature specially treated surfaces for use in a variety of immunological assays, such as ELISA, RIA, FIA and more. 384-well plates are available in a full rage of well shapes and colors and are packaged in 10 stacks of 5 plates each (50 plates). Each stack comes with one lid.
hydroGrade plates feature a strongly hydrophilic surface, with a strong affinity to hydrophilic molecules, such as glycoproteins and peptides, antibodies with predominantly hydrophilic regions, and nucleic acids. They are an alternative to the immunoGrade & plates for homogeneous assays with hydrophobic molecules that remain in solution.
