Description
The Biotage 714-1000-F is an ISOLUTE® AL-N Solid Phase Extraction (SPE) Column containing 10 grams of sorbent within a 70 mL column reservoir. This SPE column utilizes ISOLUTE® AL-N (Neutral Alumina) as its sorbent. Alumina is a highly active, polar sorbent with a particle size range of 50-200 µm and a pore diameter of 120 Å.
