Borosil Funnels may be used to separate solids from liquids, liquids from liquids, and occasionally for pouring something into a container. The short stem funnels comply with IS 1591, DIN/ ISO 4798 and are manufactured for high thermal shock resistance and chemical resistance. They are also designed with a 60° bowl angle to ensure precise fitting of the filter paper. Generally, short stemmed funnels are used for filtering and decanting liquids of varied densities.
