EasyDip Slide Staining System. Finally a user-friendly approach for staining your microscope slides, the EasyDip Slide Staining System has two components: a square staining jar and a 12 – position vertical slide rack. Jars can be loosely joined to each other laterally, therefore making sure they are kept in the same order when moved around on the lab counter. As an extra benefit, they are available in 5 different colors to help better identifying contents or applications. The staining jar being made of resistant acetal plastic will not break like most glass jars do. It will resist most staining agents including alcohol and xylene (but not phenol, iodine or ferric chloride ). The wide stable base offers greater stability while the inside is recessed, allowing for a smaller reagent volume of only 80 ml. Easy to clean and no metals to corrode. Ideal for special stains, frozen sections and special processes. Will resist temperatures between -170°C and +121°C. Autoclavable. Dimensions: 64 x 76 x 92 mm H (2 1/2 x 3 x 3 5/8 in. H). Each case indudes 5 jars (one of each color) and 1 rack M905-12DGY.
