It is a solid that has no color and is water soluble. It is mainly used as a complexing agent for the dissolution of metal ions in fields such as medicine, industry, cosmetics and laboratories. It is also an aminopolycarboxylic acid. As an APHA certified solution, this item is meets the ASTM D1209 standards and can be used in water and waste water treatment facilities to determine the concentration of dissolved and particulate materials.
