Flexible Heat-Seal Sample and Tissue Bags, 500 Series SealPAK Pouches, PET/PE Flat Pouch w/ Tear Notches, 4.5 mil. Pre-made pouches are sealed on 3-sides and full rolls of pouch material are sealed on 2 sides. Use a heat-seal bar to seal the remaining side(s) around your sample. Choose your preferred product size from the drop-down menu.
Heat Seal using Ampac’s multi purpose heat sealer Part # KP-101-1 (10″) or KP-118-1 (18″.)
Ampac’s 500 Series SealPAK is a 2ply laminated structure consisting of polyester and polyethylene (PET/PE.) These boilable and freezable pouches can sustain temperatures from -56 to 115°C (-70 to 240°F.)
500 Series SealPAKs are 4.5 mils thick, and work well with applications requiring long-term storage, sharper objects, or solutions of formaldehyde, acids, alkalis, greases, oils, and organic solvents. These transparent, airtight, and leak-proof pouches can be sterilized with gamma, infrared, and e-beam. Once sealed, these pouches can also be surface sterilized using VHP.

Not finding the pouch size you need? We also offer SealPAK material in a tubular roll-stock so you can choose your own size. Only two sides of the tubular roll-stock is pre-sealed, allowing flexibility of packaging different sizes and types of objects. Tubular roll-stock comes on a 3″ core and is packaged in a corrugated box custom designed to store and dispense product.
