10 L polycarbonate carboys. Nalgene ClearBoy are transparent, lighter and safer than glass; polycarbonate container is extremely tough and non-toxic. Autoclavable for sterile applications. Useful for large-volume media and culture preparation, especially where visual inspection of contents for quality is important. ideal for refrigerated or frozen storage of aqueous solutions. Graduated to contain in 1 gallon and 5-liter increments. NOTE: Before autoclaving, just set closure on top of the container without engaging the threads.
