Description
The Shimadzu 228-35601-92 is a Sapphire Plunger (also referred to as a piston) designed for the pump heads of Shimadzu high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) systems. The plunger moves back and forth within the pump head to deliver the mobile phase. Its smooth, polished surface is critical for maintaining a leak-tight seal with the plunger seals.
This plunger is a standard component for many of Shimadzu’s most popular pump modules such as the i-Series LC-2030, LC-2040, LC-2050, LC-2060, and UHPLC & Specialized Systems LC-30ADSF and LC-2010.
