Eberbach’s Large 2 Speed Reciprocal Shaker E5902.HD is designed to shake large containers or large quantities of smaller containers. Essentially a floor unit, the E5902.HD can handle loads up to 250 lbs with the capability of running 24/7 while needing only routine maintenance. The E5902.HD is powered by a 1/2 hp AC phase motor which drives the platform through a mechanical transmission. The horizontal stroke is fixed at 1.20” (±0.01). Optional accessories include the E5910 large platform that allows attachment of Erlenmeyer flask holders or the E5919 box carrier that allows the mounting of hard to hold containers. Custom sized box carriers are available.

*All machine speeds are dependent on the machine load capacity charts. Machine load capacity charts are general estimations and are dependent on the specific application. Container geometry, fill level, and liquid viscosity can all affect the machine’s load capacity.

Machine load capacity charts show machine operational speeds vs. machine load in weight. The load’s center of gravity also needs to be taken into consideration. Always place containers in such a way as to balance the load in the center of the carrier.

This chart represents the absolute maximum load capacity based on a solid load.
