Unit Powers ON and need password to be reset via sysmex. Also note the hard copy of the method verification manual is not with the unit (lost during the move) That is not critical to running the unit but should be mentioned. Sysmex seemed relatively supportive, but the customer needs to be in contact with them so they know cost of installation software is built into the unit.
