- The polystyrene tubes can withstand 1500 RPM during centrifugation.
- Polypropylene tubes can withstand 3000 RPM and are autoclavable and freezable.
- Tubes with dual position snap caps (LDPE) provide either aerobic or anaerobic storage of samples.
